Payments and Withdrawals

Termination of Account
Sky Exchange may choose to suspend, deactivate or permanently disable your Account if:

- There is suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- You breached the integrity of the Platform and/or misused the features within the Platform.
- Alternatively, such voluntary account closure can be initiated at any time by contacting Customer Support.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Sky Exchange provides ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available.’ We cannot guarantee:
- That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- That the information will always be accurate or up-to-date;
- That your access will be virus or bug-free.
Under no circumstance shall any indirect or consequential damage be borne by Sky Exchange, including but not limited to financial loss, emotional distress, or loss of opportunity.
Amendments and Updates
Sky Exchange may modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes to these Terms you will be notified via email or in-app notifications.
